Return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. As our products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, return eligibility and conditions may vary depending on the product and the applicable supplier policy.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and relevant photos so we can assess the issue and help resolve it.

Refunds and returns will be handled in accordance with the applicable supplier terms and consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
